Portfolio Watchlist

We have implemented a new function, namely "Portfolio Watchlist", that allows individual users to create their own portfolio watchlists. Such watchlists will then be visible on the dashboard application and we will add "watched portfolio" indicators wherever applicable.

This release contains the API functionality for this new function. A follow up release will be announced for the DECAF Cafelatte Web application soon.

Default Instrument Price Factor

We have made necessary fix to default instrument price factor to 1 if API clients do not provide the field or provide the field value as null.
