API Changes to Cash Statement Endpoint

We added instrument symbol, name and type name to cash statement endpoint payload. This is going to be relevant in the upcoming release of frontend applications.

Single Asset Limits on Compliance Constraints

Compliance constraint have now single asset min/max limits. This is currently not used by the integrated compliance engine, but it will be used by upcoming compliance engine.

Fix Market Recency Report

Market recency report was failing to render in case of self-referential underlying information. This is not an intended case anyway. But, we are handling it now.
