Opting-out from Automatic Instrument Naming
If the user provides a name that does not start with the reserved prefix for an instrument, do not attempt to generate a name for it. This applies to following artifact types:

Note that any previously generated instrument can also be named with a user provided name as long as it does not start with the reserved prefixes given above.
Instrument Filtering by MIC
Instruments can now be filter by MIC on both DECAF Cafelatte frontend and DECAF API endpoints.
Forward Price Field on Forward Instrument
Backend system was ignoring the forward price provided from the forward instrument form page. This is fixed.
