Filter Ledger Entries by Trade Subtype

Ledger entries can now be filtered by trade subtype in addition to trade type.

Show Trade Reference on Voucher Listing and Details

Trade reference is added to voucher listing table and voucher detail pages.

Improve Account Dropdown Labels

Account selection dropdowns now show the closing date for accounts that are closed. We also improved the readability of the account labels.

Show Underlying Instrument on Trade/Transaction Lists

We now display the underlying on trade and transaction listing pages. Users can click on the underlying to go to the instrument page of the underlying.

Fix for Custodian Link on Ledger Page

Custodian link was broken on ledger entries tabulation. It is fixed now.
