Daily Compliance Email Disable Option

Deployments have the option to disable daily compliance email sending on schedule. In this case, users can still trigger daily compliance emails by manually triggering it.

Voucher Statistics Bugfix

Last release introduced a regression in voucher statistics if the breakdown was chosen to be "Voucher Type". This is fixed now.
