Capturing Rebate Institution for Vouchers​

DECAF was able to capture rebates on vouchers. Now, users can assign which institution the rebate is made to.

Toggling Voucher Filters​

Voucher listing page now hides most of the voucher filters for a cleaner page look. Users can now toggle voucher filters on and off using the toggle.
