Download Market Returns Grid as Image

Users can now download the market returns grid as an image. The "Save as Image" button appears on the top right corner of the filter panel immediately after the grid is shown.

Fix a Safari Internet Browser Bug

There was a bug on Cafelatte which caused Safari to automatically logout users upon attempting to see the market returns grid. We have fixed the underlying cause.
