Performance report improvements

We have overhauled our entire performance report machinery. In addition to its speed of calculation, we have started using cumulative product for return calculations instead of cumulative sums so that we have a more coherent approach to NAV/share calculation and its relation to performance reporting.

Users can still opt-in to now-deprecated old methodology. However, we are planning to remove it in the near future.

Various fixes under the hood

We have performed a few fixes on cafelatte which were not immediately visible to end-users but caused inconsistent behavior in the application.

Fix API documentation generation

API documentation generation is fixed after a small regression in our previous release.
