Consolidation level selection fix

Our last release introduced a regression in the consolidation level selection which required the user to select the consolidation level a few times until it took affect.

This is now resolved.

Missing Portfolio Column Values on Consolidation CSV

Our last release introduced a regression in the consolidation CSV file which caused the portfolio column to be rendered incorrectly.

This is now resolved.
