Allow same accrual schedules with different dates

This release fixes a problem in cases where there are two consecutive accrual schedules with same specification but different dates. This was purging all previously recorded journal entries.

Fix for revaluation consistency checks

Enhancement which is introduced in the previous version introduced a regression which broke triggering revaluations even the consistency checks were successful.

This regression is now fixed.
