Template based invoicing from settlements

Deployments which make extensive use of voucher sub-system can now prepare invoices from settlements using Microsoft Word Document templates.

Daily persisted consolidation fix for corner case

This fix applies to vanilla portfolios (a.k.a. mandates) which use fund-like performance machinery using "Transfer" actions. The underlying problem caused breaking the end of day calculations, hence affecting performance series to be stuck on the last consolidation date prior to the problematic day.
