New day count convention: Act/Act (ICMA)

We have introduce the new day count convention, namely Act/Act (ICMA). Alternative names for the same new convention are as follows:

• Act/Act (ISMA)
• Actual/Actual (ICMA)
• ISMA-99

External valuation listing page fix

We fixed a bug which resulting in showing the portfolio name under the "Share Class" column instead of showing the share class name.

Voucher type filter fix on the voucher listing page

We fixed a bug which caused voucher types dropdown to be disfunctional on the voucher listing page.
